We are so excited to have everyone in the same place for our wedding weekend. White Birch Lodge is located on Elk Lake, and it will be closed to the public from Friday to Sunday. Our guests have exclusive access to booking accommodations for those days.

Lodging options range from simple rooms to three-bedroom condos equipped with full kitchens and laundry. Please refer to White Birch Lodge's website for photos. Check out these links for more information on accommodations and wedding weekend-specific rates.

The books will open in late 2024, and reservations can be made via phone (231-264-8271) or using this booking request form. We ask that you do your best to fill as many beds as possible when booking your stay—we expect to be maxed out! Cribs and/or rollaways will be available upon request. You're welcome to extend your stay on either side of the weekend as well if that's of interest.

Lastly, keep in mind that White Birch Lodge is an older family resort with some quirks and a lot of bunk beds. We understand if that's not your style. If you're leaning towards staying off-site, see below.

If you're not planning to stay at White Birch Lodge, consider booking a room at The Dexter Hotel in Elk Rapids. It's a short drive to White Birch Lodge from there, and you'd still be welcome to spend as much time on the White Birch Lodge grounds as you'd like. It's a smaller hotel with only 20 rooms/suites, but many can accommodate up to six people.
